MAC releases another great limited edition collection and collaboration with Charlotte Olympia, a famous British luxury footwear and bag designer. The collection is inspired by pinups, silver screen sirens and the bygone era of Hollywood glamour. Charlotte Olympia is known for her vintage aesthetics that embodies elegance and glamour that translates in to her designs.
My Spring Makeup Must-haves
Happy first day of Spring! Since we’re celebrating the change of season it’s only appropriate to share some makeup products that I think are great to have for spring. It’s always exciting to me when a season changes since I get to adjust my makeup routine. During fall it’s all about heavier makeup and dark lips but as soon as spring comes I’m all about bright shades and lighter makeup.
Ciaté London Liquid Velvet Moisturizing Matte Liquid Lipsticks
Moisturizing matte liquid lipsticks? Count me in! I love a good matte liquid lipstick but sometimes they can be too drying for my dry lips. I love the longevity of the liquid lipsticks but I can’t wear them every day because of the dryness. I had previously tried a Ciaté London Liquid Velvet lipstick that came in a set, I think the shade was in Risque, a beautiful orange red shade and I loved it. Ciaté London came out with 8 new shades of their Liquid Velvet Moisturizing Matte Liquid Lipsticks and I was lucky to try them all.
Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation
As you know I’m a big fan of Charlotte Tilbury’s makeup line so when I saw that she’s coming out with a new foundation I was pretty excited to test it out. The Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation first came out in the UK probably a year ago and just launched couple of weeks ago in the US.
H&M Beauty Cream Eyeshadows Review & Swatches
I’m a big fan of cream eyeshadows. I love them because they’re very easy to use and if you find the right formula they will last you all day without budging. On daily basis I actually prefer a cream eyeshadow because it doesn’t look overdone for every day wear, you just swipe a shade and blend and you’re all set.
It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream with SPF 50+
During the warmer months I prefer a base that feels lighter on the skin and provides lighter coverage but also keeps me oil free and if possible has SPF. I’m a big fan of BB & CC creams just because they feel like skincare with some coverage on your skin. Some BB or CC creams provide little to no coverage but some like the It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream have impressive coverage.
