theBalm Cindy-Lou Manizer is an all in one product, it works as an eye shadow, blush and a highlighter. One of my favorite highlighters is Mary-Lou Manizer so when I saw that theBalm came out with a rosier version I was all for it :).
Cindy-Lou Manizer is a pinky-peach highlighter, it’s very pigmented and has a creamy texture so a little goes a long way. For me it’s a very nice highlighter that adds a rose bronzy look to my cheeks but I would bet that this would make a great shimmery blush for fair skin girls.
This highlighter adds a lot of shine to your cheeks but it never emphasizes pores. I’ve tried this as an eyeshadow too, it didn’t crease on me and wore well for eight hours.
I haven’t tried anything from theBalm that I didn’t like and this is no exception. I really like using this when I want to switch things up cause I always go for a golden highlighter. This is very unique to me as I don’t own anything like it.
