I’m one of those girls who loves to apply makeup but hates taking it off. When I come back from work I just don’t want to spend a lot of time removing my makeup so I reach for Cleansing Oils.
Seriously cleansing oil is a girls best friend, if you find the right one, it will remove your makeup in a minute. Now I have tried some bad cleansing oils that leave a greasy feeling after you wash them off but with some trial and error I stumbled upon The Body Shop Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil.
This cleansing oil is very gentle on the skin and doesn’t leave you with a greasy film after taking off the makeup. I just massage one pump on my dry face for couple of seconds and I also apply a little bit on my eyes and this stuff works like magic. You can use a warm face cloth to remove the oil or you can just use water, I use these two techniques just depends what I have in hand.
My newer discovery is the Boscia Makeup-Breakup Cool Cleansing Oil, I got the travel size from Sephora just to try it out and I have to say that I will purchase the bigger bottle when I run out of my other cleansing oils. It gives a cooling effect when applied on the face and it’s also very gentle and doesn’t leave a greasy feeling.
After using a cleansing oil I like to wash my face with a facial cleanser, I rotate between the Philosphy Purity cleanser and the Fresh Soy Cleanser which I love. Both are gentle to the skin and can be used for sensitive skin. They don’t strip the skin and that’s why I like them cause I hate when cleansers leave you with a tight feeling face.
