I don’t always have time or the desire to spend 30 minutes to do my makeup and I know that a lot of people can’t spare the time especially in the early morning. There are some must have products that I always use no matter if it’s a minimal makeup day or full glam, I can’t go without concealer, bronzer and mascara.
Using a concealer is a must especially if you have dark circles. It will make you look more awake and fresh and you can also use it as a base if you don’t need a lot of coverage. Having a good bronzer is also a must because the product is so versatile. You can basically use it as a bronzer, blush and eyeshadow so it’s a great multitasking product when you’re in a hurry.
And then comes mascara. A good mascara makes such a difference. It makes your eyes look bigger and it adds a touch of glam to your look.
Here are some of the products that I reach for when I’m in a hurry but I want to look presentable and put together:
L’oreal True Match Lumi Cushion Foundation – I’ve been obsessed with this foundation! On my recent trip to Miami it’s all I took and wore it every day for two weeks. If you’re looking for a light base that has a glowy finish, look no further.
Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Concealer* – It’s been a go to since I received it. It’s a lightweight concealer with great coverage and it’s super blendable. It looks like skin but still makes you look awake and fresh.
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Bronzer – A glowy bronzer that you can use to warm up the face, as a neutral blush and I also use it as a wash of color for my eyes.
Glossier Boy Brow – A brow mascara that adds a tint and also some volume to your brows. It’s a great product for when you’re in a hurry and don’t have time to fill in your brows.
Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara – An affordable mascara that gives me both length and volume and most importantly doesn’t smudge.
Chanel Boy – This is my go to neutral “my lips but better” shade. I keep this in my bag because it’s an easy lipstick to wear and you don’t need a mirror for application. It has a glossy finish and it’s super hydrating, it feels like you’re wearing a lip balm.
