The only product I’ve tried from Giorgio Armani Beauty is the Luminous Silk Foundation which I love and wear every time I have a special occasion or I know that I will be photographed since it looks beautiful in pictures.
The other day I watched Samantha from Youtube do her every day makeup and she used one of the Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill eyeshadows and it looked beautiful so I decided to pick it up.
The shade in question was in 15 Copper Black a beautiful golden bronze shade with hints of copper. Now let me tell you, if you’re a fan of bronze sparkly shades you need this shade!
The formula of the Eyes to Kill eyeshadows is kind of a hybrid. It feels very silky and smooth to the touch, similar to a cream eyeshadow but it’s a powder. It has a cap inside that holds the eyeshadow in place so it actually looks like a pressed pigment.
For application I use a flat synthetic brush so I can pack more color and to prevent fallout. A good flat brush is the MAC 242 Shade brush but you can use whatever you have on hand.
What I love about this eyeshadow is that I don’t have to use a crease shade. When you blend out the eyeshadow it actually sheers out and it’s not as shimmery as when it’s packed on plus it looks like you’re wearing two shades.
The wear of the 15 Copper Black shade is excellent, it didn’t budge or crease for eight hours and I didn’t even use a primer.

The Eyes to Kill eyeshadows are pricy but the amount that you’re getting and the quality of the eyeshadows is so worth it.
If you’re looking for a good alternative the L’oreal Infallible Eyeshadows are of similar consistency but you won’t find the complex shades that the Armani Eyes to Kill offer.
