When skincare meets makeup, it is the perfect combo. First Aid Beauty released their new Ultra Repair Tined Moisturizer SPF 30. It is a multi-tasking product that hydrates, provides sun protection while also acting up as a makeup base. It’s hydrating and has a natural luminous finish and good for most skin types.
The First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Tinted Moisturizer SPF 30 comes in five shades. Since the coverage is sheer to light, I feel like the shades will work for a lot of skin tones. When it comes to a tinted moisturizer, you don’t need an exact shade match in order the product to work for your skin.
The tinted moisturizer has a whipped formula that feels very light on the skin. It’s formulated with vitamin E, hyaluronic acid, and other nourishing ingredients that help with hydration. Colloidal oatmeal and allantoin help to reduce the appearance of redness, while calming and soothing sensitive skin. Natural mineral pigments and micro-pearls deliver good, clean, buildable coverage to enhance skin’s natural radiance, while minimizing the look of redness, pores, uneven skin tone, and other visible imperfections.
I’m currently wearing the shade in Light but my summer shade will be probably a shade up, so in Medium. After swatching all shades I feel like the shade range runs a little on the darker side. The Fair shade as you will see by the swatches is not super light. I’m guessing if you are very fair, the lightest shade might be too dark for you.
I’ve been using the Ultra Repair Tinted Moisturizer on my no makeup, makeup days. It’s a great base that evens out my skin tone, covers redness, but also allows my skin to peak through. Whenever I need more coverage, I use a concealer and I’m good to go. I love that this has a high SPF30 so I don’t have to worry about applying an extra layer.
I feel that the Ultra Repair Tinted Moisturizer will work for people who like their quick makeup routin. You get the hydration plus light coverage and SPF 30 in one product, so you can really reduce your time that you spend on your makeup. Also this will be a good base for summer if you like your coverage on the lighter side.

Bottom line, I really like the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Tinted Moisturizer SPF30. I like the natural luminous finish, the fact that it has SPF and also the squeeze tube since it will be great for travel. I prefer my coverage to be light and “skin like”, so products like this always catch my eye.
