Charlotte Tilbury recently launched a new addition to her base products, the Mini Miracle Eye Wand*, a two in one product for the under eye area. She claims that the Mini Miracle Eye Wand creates the appearance of 8 hour sleep in two steps.
It’s described as a product to cover dark circles and lines, smoothing out bags or hollows, brightening the eye contour and hydrating the skin for a healthy and luminous finish.
The Mini Miracle Eye Wand has an eye cream on one side and a brightener on the other.
The hydrating eye cream contains: Hyaluronic Acid which helps with moisture, bio extract of Salicornia (reduces loss of water and stimulates the natural production of moisture), Cyclodextrins smooth the eye dome for a youth-boosting effect and Rice proteins who fight agains the signs of aging and reduce the appearance of bags under the eyes.
The eye cream has a gel like consistency and feels very nice when applied. My under eye area looks plump and hydrated and the cream sits well under makeup. It also sinks in really well in to the skin and doesn’t leave a greasy residue.

The brightener is pretty similar in consistency to the YSL Touche Eclat Radiant Touch, it’s thin in consistency but it brightens the under eye area pretty well. I have the shade in #2 which is a neutral beige shade for light skin tones with neutral undertone. This shade will work for people who wear the Light Wonder foundation in shades Fair 4, Medium 5,6 and 7. For reference I wear the shade #6 in the Light Wonder foundation.
I like to use the brightener on my inner corners because I get the most darkness there but I also use it in a triangle motion under the eyes when I do the whole contouring and highlighting technique.

All in all Charlotte Tilbury did a great job with the two products. I really like the eye cream and the brightener side is effective and doesn’t budge all day. I wouldn’t say that it’s a must have product but it’s nice to have, especially for travel it saves you a lot of space since you get an eye cream and a concealer in one.
