Now let’s get to the new Burberry products. I got some new products that I’ve never tried so I’m pretty excited to test out everything.
First is the Burberry Beauty Fresh Glow BB Cream. I’m a big fan of the Fresh Glow foundation so I’m curious to see how this compares. I like a good BB cream for the warmer months and everything that says fresh glow, I’m all about.
I also got the Burberry Effortless Brow Definer which I already tried and all I can say is amazing! I’ll have a review of all products but for now I can tell you that this brow pen makes the most precise and most natural brow hairs I’ve ever seen.
The Face Contour Effortless Contouring Pen for Face & Eyes looks like an interesting products and I bet it would make conturing super easy since it comes in a pen form. I’ll report back how I like this.
I’m a big fan of Burberry eyeshadows so I know that I’ll love the two shades that I got. I got the shade in Almond which is a pretty matte light brown shade and Nude which is part of the wet & dry eyeshadow line and it’s a nice shimmery light bronze shade.
The last product for the eyes is the Burberry Bold Lash Mascara. It’s a volumizing mascara that promises a lot of pigment and a bold look. I love the packaging of the mascara, it feels heavy and very luxurious so I’m hoping I’ll like it.
I received two lip shades from the Lip Velvet Matte Line in Bright Rose and Nude Apricot, both very pretty for the spring/summer. I already have two other shades from the line and I really like the formula of the lipsticks. It’s matte but still very comfortable to wear and they pack a good pigment. The only thing is that these are scented, they have a rose scent, so if you’re sensitive to smell just be aware of that. For me I don’t mind the scent, I actually like rose scented products.
I also received a new bottle of the Fresh Glow Foundation (not pictured) and I’m so happy that now I have a back up because that’s one of my most worn foundation for every day. It’s a light to medium foundation with a beautiful natural glowy finish and it’s perfect for every day if you prefer your base on the lighter side.
And now for the special gift with purchase. You get a really nice Burberry makeup bag filled with samples of their best selling products. You get a mini lipstick in the shade Military Red which is a beautiful classic red shade, a mini Fresh Glow Luminous Fluid Base in Nude Radiance, a great luminous primer, and samples of the Burberry Rhythm perfumes both for women and men.
