The Becca Glow Lip Gloss is the brand’s newest release when it comes to lip products. They are described as a lip formula with the shine of lipgloss, pigment of a liquid lipstick and nourishing benefits of a lip balm.
The formula of the Becca Glow Lip Gloss has 3D light reflecting pigments (which give the super glossy look), ginger, peppermint oil and a non-stinging peptide that makes the lips appear fuller. There is also Vitamin C and E, shea and muru muru butter which help with hydration and nourishment.
There are total of ten shades in the Becca Glow Lip Gloss line and they are all shades that are inspired by Becca’s Shimmering Skin Perfector Highlighters and Luminous Blushes.
The ten shades that come in the line are:
Chocolate Geode (rich bronze with copper and gold pearl)
Dahlia (rich berry)
Rose Gold (copper rose with soft gold pearl)
Fox Glove (muted plum with cool silver pearl)
Opal (natural pink with soft gold pearl)
Snapdragon (rosy pink with soft gold pearl)
Champagne Creme (soft gold with pink and gold pearl)
Tigerlily (bright cabana coral)
Rose Quartz (cool toned pink with silver pearl)
Camellia (cool petal pink)
The Becca Glow Lip Gloss has a vanilla minty scent that is not overpowering when applied on the lips (I can’t really smell it). It has a slight tingly and cooling effect upon application but it is nothing that’s too intense. The formula feels cushiony and very hydrating on the lips and without any stickiness. The gloss effect is really nice and makes my lips appear fuller and also healthier (I have constantly dry lips and the gloss just evens everything out).
As for the pigmentation, I wouldn’t say that these are pigmented like liquid lipsticks. They have medium pigmentation and give enough color on the lips but they don’t provide full coverage which I actually prefer (I don’t like super pigmented glosses as I sometimes layer them with lipsticks).
The doe foot applicator is nice and makes application very easy. All the shades look more intense in the tube and are actually more wearable on the lips. The shade range is also really nice. I think all of the shades are quite wearable and will suit most skin tones. I like that they included some pops of color but also some warm and cool toned shades.

Bottom line, I love the formula of the Becca Glow Lip Gloss. It is hydrating, non sticky, provides enough color and it is as glossy as I would like it to be. For a comparison, I think these glosses have a similar feel with the Buxom glosses and also the new Urban Decay Hi-Fi Shine Glosses. They are minty but not over the top and give the lips a glossy and fuller look. Definitely putting these to good use this summer.
