Make Up For Ever recently launched their new Pro Bronze Fusion line of bronzers that have a very unique formula. It’s a gel-powder formula that blends seamlessly to the skin, it’s very lightweight and gives a luminous glow. As soon as I saw the luminous part I was IN. I love a good luminous bronzer for spring and summer and to be honest I would probably use it all year round.
MUFE claims that their unique formula will give a sun kissed look to the face and never look powdery. The formula is like no other bronzer I own. It almost feels plasticky to the touch, doesn’t feel like powder at all.
MUFE recommends using a flat dense brush for best application. They also say that for optimal product pick up to use a figure “8” motion going against the grooves of the bronzer.
I got the darkest shade in 35l and it suits my medium skin tone perfectly. The finish of the bronzer is beautiful. It adds warmth and luminosity to my face and looks very natural. With some powder bronzers you can actually see the powder on your face, especially in direct sunlight well with this it just looks like you were sun kissed.
They have six shades in the line with those marked with M are for matte finish and L for luminous finish. I’ve heard that the whole line leans on the warm side so I recommend going to the store and swatching them so you can find your perfect shade.
Since 35l is warm I don’t use it for contouring, I only use it to bronze up my skin.
I like using a kabuki brush for application, I find that you get the most color payoff if you use a dense brush. A classic fluffy brush would not work for this bronzer, you need something dense because otherwise the brush would not pick up enough product.

I think the MUFE Pro Bronze Fusion bronzers are great for beginners because you can never over do it. I like the feeling to be able to swirl my brush in to the product and not get excess powder.
Have you tried the new MUFE Pro Bronze Fusion bronzers? What are your thoughts?
