Just in time for summer It Cosmetics released two face products that are aimed towards contouring and bronzing, they released the It Cosmetics You Sculpted palette and a Sunshine In a Compact Vitality Anti-Aging Matte Bronzer. I’ve been testing both products for awhile now so here are my thoughts.
The You Sculpted palette is a contouring palette that’s meant to mimic real facial contouring and act as an alternative to fillers. The palette has six shades, four are contouring and two are highlighting shades. The shades that come in the palette are:
Soft Contour (great for fair skin tones)
Light Contour (great for light skin tones)
Matte Highlight (universal shade)
Medium Contour (great for medium skin tones)
Deep Contour (great for deep skin tones)
Radiance Highlight (universal shade with a radiant finish)
The contouring shades that come in the palette are all very nice. They’re all shades that mimic shadows perfectly, so they’re not too warm but also not too cool so they appear ashy on the skin. The formula of the powders is pigmented and feels very silky to the touch but they don’t kick off any excess powder when you dip the brush. They blend very easy on to the skin and never look patchy. The two highlighting shades are also very nice and I think will suit most skin tones. You can use the matte highlight to set and brighten your under eye area but you can also use the radiance shade for that too since it doesn’t contain any shimmer, it just gives some radiance to the skin.
The palette is very easy to use so I think it would be perfect for someone who’s a beginner but also for makeup artist since it has a variety of shades for different skin tones.
When I want a natural looking contour I go in with the Light Contour shade and that’s actually my perfect every day shade when I’m not doing anything special. For special occasions and for when I want to look extra contoured I use the Medium Contour and it suits my light to medium skin tone perfectly. I think the only shade that I wouldn’t get much use of is the Deep Contour since it’s pretty dark for my skin but I can always use that shade as an eyeshadow.
As with most It Cosmetics products the You Sculpted palette is talk free and has anti-aging, skin-loving formula infused with collagen, silk and peptides.

The It Cosmetics Sunshine In A Compact Vitality Anti-Aging Matte Bronzer is an anti-aging matte talk free bronzer that helps with warming up your complexion and gives you an airbrushed look. The It Cosmetics creator had all ages in mind when creating this matte bronzer so it’s meant for all ages and it will look flawless even on mature skin. The formula of the bronzer contains hydrolyzed collagen, peptides, Vitamin A, C & E plus drops of light technology.
The bronzer is matte but it manages to give you a natural bronzed glow to the face. It’s a great bronzer for warming up the face and adding some life to your complexion. If you’re familiar with the It Cosmetics bronzers and blushes you’ll know that they make them big, the compact is huge and you get a ton of product for the price.

All in all I really like both products. I think the You Sculpted palette is perfect for the every day woman since it’s very easy to use and the shades are all pretty nice and the Sunshine in a Compact bronzer is a great addition for summer if you’re looking for a bronzer to add some warmth to your skin. It Cosmetics never disappoints with the quality of their products and these two are no exception.
