My blog is pretty new to the online community but It’s growing so fast that I wanted to do something for you guys to show my appreciation.
The online beauty community is huge and so welcoming that there’s always a place for newcomers. If you’re in to makeup and always wanted to start a blog, I say go for it, you never know what will come from it.
I chose Kiko Milan for my giveaway cause I think they have very good quality products but they are not that easy to come by especially in the US, so I though I would share some products that I like.
I’ve heard about the Kiko brand so much from UK Bloggers so when I found out that they’re opening a store here in Miami Beach I was very excited. Everything that I’ve tried so far from the brand is very good quality and the prices are almost drugstore with exception of their limited edition line.
I feel like the most popular product from them are the Water Eyeshadows. I chose the water eyeshadow in 208 as their most popular shade. Word on the street is that this is a spot on dupe for the highly popular MAC Whisper of Gilt. It’s a very pretty gold eyeshadow and as the name applies you can use it wet for a metallic look.
The other shade that I picked up is 200 as I thought that this shade will suit everybody. It’s a light champagne color, perfect for all over the lid or just as a inner corner highlight.
The Long Lasting Stick Eyeshadow in 05 is the perfect bronzy taupe shade. These are crease proof and very long lasting, just make sure you blend fast cause they tent to dry really fast. I’ve read that this is a dupe for the By Terry Eyeshadow Sticks which are $43.
The last eye product is the Color Shock Long Lasting Eyeshadow in 104 Snappy Brass. This is a coppery shade with rose gold undertones. It’s so soft to the touch and you only need a little to cover your whole lid. This will not move after it dries out so it’s a perfect shade for out the door looks or you can use it as a base. On their website it says that these can be used as liners too but I find that the consistency is too soft in order to get a precise line.
The 3D Instant Volume lip glosses are great for faking a fuller lip. The shade in 217 is the perfect universal nude pink that will suit every skin tone. The texture of the gloss is a gel like finish that feels very creamy on the lips and has a little bit of stickiness so it last for a long time. They remind me of the Buxom Lip glosses cause you get the same tingling feeling after application.
For lipstick I chose a dark shade cause it’s very in this fall. The Unlimited Stylo lipsticks go on creamy and dry out to a matte finish. These are very long wearing and after they dry out they don’t transfer any color so you can eat and drink without worrying that you’ll end up with dark lipstick everywhere :). The shade that I picked is in 12 Burgundy.
The Exotic Shine Lipstick in 01 is the perfect nude shade. This line of lipsticks are very hydrating, the color payoff is great and they’re very comfortable on the lips. And of course I was drawn to the gold packaging so I had to pick one up :).
The last item is the Sun Lovers Blush in Ipanema Peach. This is a bronzer, highlighter and a blush in one. One side is a pinky blush with gold shimmer and the other is a warm bronzer with a hint of pink. It’s a baked blush that’s very pigmented so use a light hand. The shimmer in this is very fine so it goes very nicely on the skin, no glitter here :). I like using this swirled for a nice bronzy peachy look.
All the rules for this giveaway will be posted on my Instagram page @makeupsessions.
This is not a sponsored post, I purchased everything myself.
