Recently I’ve been testing a lot of new products so I wanted to share the products I’ve been loving and constantly reaching for.
Marc Jacobs Under(Cover) Perfecting Coconut Face Primer – I instantly fell in love with this primer and that’s all I’ve been using for the past two weeks under my foundation. It hydrates my skin and leaves a nice glowy finish and helps with my makeup lasting longer.
AmorePacific Color Control Cushion Compact *- This is my first cushion compact that I’ve tried. I know these types of bases are very popular on the Korean beauty market and I can see why. It gives similar coverage as a tinted moisturizer but it’s also buildable. It has SPF 50 and also provides skincare benefits. It’s an all around great base for people who prefer lighter coverage. It feels great on the skin, like you’re not wearing makeup at all.
Milani Rose Powder Blush in Romantic Rose – A great affordable blush from the drugstore. It’s a nude pink matte blush that is neutral and very natural on the cheeks so it goes with every lip color. I love everything about it, from the rose pattern to the quality of the blush. I definitely recommend checking these out, they’re three available shades and they’re all pretty.
Nars Dual Intensity Blush in Fervor – It’s the perfect blush for all seasons. The peach side is a summery color and the rose gold side is perfect for fall. Both blushes are pigmented, blend nicely and give a beautiful sheen to the cheeks.
Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Bow N Arrow – This is hands down my perfect nude lipstick. I’ve been really in to liquid lipsticks and the Kat Von D formula is one of my favorites. It’s super long lasting and it doesn’t feel that drying on the lips.
Soap&Glory Hands Food – I think I found my perfect hand cream! I recently was browsing Ulta’s website and saw that they started carrying this brand so I placed an order because I wanted to try a bunch of their products. It smells exactly like their Righteous Body Butter which reminds me of Miss Dior perfume, hydrates my hands and doesn’t leave a greasy residue.
Origins Retexturizing mask with Rose clay – It’s a clay mask so it cleans out pores but also has exfoliating Jojoba beads that help with dry patches. I like it because it’s not harsh, the beads are scrubby enough to remove dead skin but they’re also gentle so they don’t irritate my skin. The mask also smells of roses and you only need to leave it for 10 min which is a plus for me. I got a sample size from Sephora but I’m planning on getting the full size when I run out.
Hope everyone has a good and relaxing Sunday! Let me know what you have been loving in the comments below.
