The Rimmel Scandaleyes Eye Shadow Paints are a liquid cream eyeshadow in a tube with a sponge applicator. These have a really nice cooling effect when applied, they blend really well and the pigmentation is on point.
I picked up three out of the ten available shades: Pomegranate, Rich Russet and Peachy Apricot. I like my warm toned eyeshadows so I thought these would be a good base or just to use them on their own when I have to do a quick look.
The formulation is very creamy on these but it dries very quickly, I think that’s the only drawback, so when blending try to work on one eye at a time. The staying power is very nice, it last on me all day with no budging. They don’t come off when you rub them but they do easily come off with water or makeup wipes.
I really like cream eyeshadows. I think when blended out properly they can look as you spent a lot of time on your eye makeup. For me these are fuss free and I mainly use them in the morning when I don’t have a lot of time to spend on my eyes.
You just swipe, blend and you’re done :).
The Rimmel Scandaleyes Eye Shadow Paints are available in every drugstore for around $4.99, the price varies by store.
